It is a little bit ridiculous the amount of server crashes and all around lag that has surrounded this event both in and out of cyrodiil. And then with the event achievement? The whole event just seems poorly planned and executed even worse. What should've been a fun little event for friends to come together and maybe have dedicated pvpers return to the game has become hours of waiting in ques just for lag to make the game unplayable or for the servers to crash. Have there been any talks of compensation for these problems or even an event extension? I know you guys are probably trying hard but it just isn't cutting it. A lot of this was written out of frustration and I apologize, but it is how a lot of us feel at the moment.

I guess we don't know for sure, but if I was put in charge of this cash cow I wouldn't let something so easily fixable run it into the ground. But who knows, as long as people keep paying hundreds of dollars for in game items, they keep getting their paychecks.

Yeah, I'm sad right now. The game I love is getting worse by the day, my friends don't play anymore.

I stuck through all the bs from both the company and players since 2014, but lately it's becoming undefendable.

I work in IT development for a large (non-gaming) corporation, and if our availability / stability had these chronic issues there WOULD be a change in management and a new direction. Reputation and financial risk would be unacceptable and would force change.

Bugs here and bugs there, are one thing. They happen. I'm not talking about that. I'm referring to chronic stability issues.

ZOS if you are reading this, I assume that like the good peeps you are that you take these playability/availability/stability issues VERY seriously. Hopefully a viable remediation and prevention is being developed and executed, with status tracking and periodic reporting in place to senior management. I know you have to be careful with public statements (yeah, you know how that goes), but some reassurance and maybe evidence that you are taking it seriously would go a long way to increase confidence.

Yeah, I know it's just a game, but it's a great game that has the potential to become one of the greatest of all time for many of us.

Gina, I am so sorry you have to go through this. Thank you for everything you do.

That's just it, it's not JUST a game. We pay to play the game, and a lot of us pay monthly subscriptions to keep supporting the game. This makes it a business. And sloppy, pathetic, half-assed business practices and leadership need to be questioned and called for accountability.

I too am sad. I've played on Xbox since launch and mainly in pvp. Many of my friends also do not play anymore because there have been so many issues over the past 2 years. Tonight after I got back into cyrodiil, the group was glitched and voice chat wasn't working. I logged. I've about had enough of the failure of this company also.

Be simple ZOS , you server cannot afford the things you wanna add .

Whats worse is all they are doing is resetting their servers but not actually solving the issues.....

I don't know that. I have no indication that anyone is 'trying'.

Clearly whatever system they are currently using does not work, which means $$$$$ has to be spent to fix these issues.

Trying in this situation equates to spending $$$$, something I doubt they are willing to do.
