Like ok when your servers go down 2-3 times a week dont you think its time to make big changes to servers or change netcode invest money into better servers?

Our assumption is you dont care and you are completely fine with this performance which is very sad if true.

We all love this game but its pretty obvious servers are as bad as can be yet no drastic changes needed?

As a paying customer/subscriber i would like to know what exactly you guys are doing to fix the issue? My guess is you shut the server down then reset it and hope all goes well.
That is the only thing i can think of being done with the results we have gotten.

Im soo curious i know this sounds like a rant but really @zos this thread is about a paying customer asking what is actually being done to fix a broken server?

I feel like we all deserve to know before we keep investing our own money in the game.

So yes anybody from zos it would be nice to let us know what changes are actually being done so we can have atleast some confidence going forward with game

I've sent so many emails during times like this with regards to the stability of this game. I get a response several days later suggesting the issue has been resolved. Nobody actually has the decency to reply and explain what they are doing to fix the issues.

After the past week I wont be putting anymore money in to this game.
