Fire and hire some people that are competent. I understand that the higher ups are money hunger vultures and probably only like paying small wages to kids fresh out of college, but they will be getting far less money if people just decide to move on to another game. If a friend that is interested in this game asks me how it is i'm going to be far less likely to suggest it if we have to continuously deal with issues like this.
