Has anyone noticed the green target arrow only showing up sometimes while using the ballista?

Yup, siege losing their target arrows is a bug since forever. You kind of just get used to it after a while

It is a miserable and annoying bug. Always happens when I NEED to siege a wall down quickly or everyone will die.

Not so very long ago, was someone whom have always been pondering on why the seige never targeted right. This someone didn't travel very vary, in fact this someone got surrounded by Majestic Eagles.

Due to the very Unforeseen chances and rarity, one of the Majestic Eagle stepped forward; holding a sparky green flame on her left palm floating wickedly and wildly.

That Majestic Eagle walked slowly, O so very slowly and with such grace was so lively; this someone our hero felt in awe as memorized with her sparky green flame.

Suddenly she stopped and gazed unto our hero, with great determination and wicked but soft beautiful smile; she raised her left palm and thrust it right through our Heroes books that he was currently reading titled "If Seiges Don't Work, It's No Bug; Beware of Sparky Green Flame"

"Sparky Green Flame?" Our hero thought, O you mean that Sparky green flame that wonderful Majestic Eagle, currently thrusting my way.... O My Sheo!!!!"

The Sparky Green Flame fully engulfed our Hero, it didn't hurt at all. No, in fact it felt so amazing and enlightening; Hero was getting knowledge from Majestic Eagle.

"It's no bug as the book describes, it's lag that causes the green markers to not show at so many times. We have been studying this for centuries, more or less. This very green flame from my very palm, that's now engulfing you; this green flame.
This green flame represents the Marker of Sieges.

Behold as I now take away your green flame that's engulfing you currently, it represents lag and no seige marker; however I will bestow unto my knowledge of my people and myself. You will no longer have no lag for seiges and markers will now show forever; that is until you suddenly have to magicaly respawn and reuse seiges"

As with that The Majestic Eagle disappeared and our Hero, wandered for long time to all parts of Cyrodiil and including thses forums itself. But one question that keep bugging our Hero, How did that Majestic Eagle Lass with Green Flame on Her left Palm knew what was in the book, while The Hero Was reading during that fateful turn of events?
