I played ESO back as a beta tester and once after release, has the game improved and is it worth playing again?

✭I'll say its gotten way better than it was at release.
But I'll tell you will get different answers depending on people's mood, but plenty of people still play.
Currently people are a bit frustrated at the servers' failure to host a pvp event, and other various issues regarding game balance you'll find, but for the most part this game is pretty great.Make PC NA raiding great again!
