Is it possible to delay getting removed from a group dungeon when its complete?

Hi everyone,

I don't do a lot of group dungeons because people rush through them as quickly as possible and I get left behind because I'm busy talking to the NPC. At the end of the dungeon people tend to leave as soon as the last boss is killed, but often the quest is still going on. NPCs are giving their dialog or whatever and sometimes have quite a bit to say to you. So its a shame when you get booted because everyone else has left the group.

I'm guessing not, but is there a way to delay that?

Thanks everyone.

No there isn't. Just hit text chat and ask one guy to stick around for an extra minute so you can finish up. I reckon a lot of people wouldn't mind sticking around for an extra minute.

lol this would actually be pretty handy.

Had the quest in normal Darkshade Caverns I and the second the last boss went down everyone bailed. I ran as fast as I could to the NPC to hand in the quest then realised there was a pack of mobs infront of her, RIP.

That's what I thought. I'll do that, thank you.

It wouldn't be a problem if they made a point of putting the quest giver back at the entrance, that way you could just leave and come back on your own to finish up the quest. They did that with Elden Hollow.
