Interactable furniture

The Telvanni Device from the Vivec City Achievement Furnisher is still NOT interactable. I have tried re-inventoring it, moving to a different home, putting it in bank for a couple days, it still isn't interactable like the description says. Other Achievement Furniture also doesn't "react" according to descripition. If it says interactable, light, animated, audible... than I expect it to do something.
