Remove the bugged achievement

Seems like it should just be removed. Not only is it bugged rendering the event incompletable until Monday but it locks out players who don't own Morrowind. If I was someone who didn't own morrowind I would be seriously disappointed knowing I'll never be able to wear that title or crown. Kinda lame, ZOS.

Someone who didn't buy Morrowind. Especially if you enjoy pvp. I'm glad there are achievements that require Morrowind.

Anyone with the base game could participate in holiday events, until now. I think if ZOS wants to make part of the holiday quest in Morrowind or in any of the DLC content, then:

a.) The non-base game quest should be excluded as a 'requirement' for the holiday achievement; or

b.) be an optional quest that counts toward the holiday achievement with a base-game quest as the other option. ((for example - successfully perform quest: a. in Morrowind, OR successfully perform quest b. in Stormhaven).

Even better, make battlegrounds and ic free for all during the event, maybe even more people will enjoy bgs and purchase the dlc
