I have multiples/triples/quadruples of 1-8, sitting at about 5 million AP since the event (lots and lots of boxes). I've yet to see anything beyond 8 from the event, and have yet to see anyone else get anything beyond volume 8. Perhaps if there are a 9-12 they drop from BG/Sewers? I only did a handful of BG matches, spent enough time in the sewers to get the achievement, and spent the rest of my time in Cyrodiil.0 -
