Random freeze with audio frozen buzz

Been dealing with this for a few months now and it is getting worse.
Reloaded Windows 10, reloaded the game client and repaired. Thought it was a temp problem, replaced thermal paste and cleaned out case. Cranked fans on high and temps are in the mid 50s for the cpu and mid 40s for the storage and graphic card.
Disabled addons and turned down video settings to low.
Any one else out there have had this problem?

✭✭It could be an audio problem.
Do you have Intel Driver Update Utility running with your Windows 10? = conflict.
Or more than one audio device running = conflict (check in Device Manager).0
