Potion Glyphs bugged.

Ok i made 3 Truly Superb Glyphs of potion speed, Cp 160, golden. Enchanted my CP 160 Jewelry, thinking that EACH one gives 5 sec reduction to potion CD, giving me 15 sec of reduced potion cool down. However, that's not the case instead of being able to spam potion every 30 sec, My CD was reduced only by 1 second (for each piece). The only thing i can think of is my jewelry is purple and the glyphs are gold.
