Cyrodiil Delve Bosses are still busted

Half the delves in the zone don't spawn all the bosses. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. What's the deal ZOS?

I've tried going in circles and killing the others.
I do not have hours to wait for them... if my pvp guild found out I was idling in Cyrodiil they would kick me lol. Especially with the queues...0 -

✭✭✭✭It's a very bad system with the delve bosses in Cyrodiil. You shouldn't have to kill boss 1 and 2 twelve times to get boss 3 to spawn which is what happened yesterday. We were in one delve way too long!PC/NA/EP ✌️1
