Can't quit the login screen

This happens now CONSTANTLY - when i try to quit the game from the login screen - nothing happens, it just stays on there and freezes... It does seem to quit the game in the background but the screen just stays on and i can't shut it down regardless how (only restarting)...has anyone the same issues?
