ahem. Look at the timestamp on that.

    OBVIOUS PR PIVOT IS OBVIOUS

Would be awesome if they had actually meant to charge us like 100k gold per throne...and now we have thousands each for free and people are making staircases out of them.

I just want someone to spell out ZOS FAIL with thrones. I would have let it slip, but passing it off as intended is way too greasy to let it go.

I assume all the PvP lag this weekend is an intended free gift too? Maybe the original item dupe bug at launch was a free gift of dreugh wax?

The perfect solution would be to make it so that one item becomes a bound item if you have it, so it can't be sold. LOL.

No, the perfect solution is people not touching bugged items or interfaces when they find them.

Legendary luxury vendor items are intended to be larger gold sinks. So there is a pretty simple game mechanic being exploited. I'll accept small doses of ignorance in completely new situations, but everyone pressing that button over and over again knows exactly what they are doing and why they shouldn't be doing it.

    Bet your fun at parties.

Can we get the item limit uped, I got some chairs to put away.

Who cares.. it was the right thing to do. Now, everyone will remember that one time when the Lux vendor had a gold throne and everyone got one or zillions during mid summer mayhem! :)

Maybe it's free to celebrate midyear mayhem? Or to apologise for the issues with the servers?

Edit: Checked on console, message says it's intended! Time to buy thousands!

But why would anyone want to own loads? They will be worthless for resale, so thats pointless, and otherwise they are fugly and just take up room.

Also, I only have the free inn rooms anyway, I haven't actually bought any of the bigger houses, so pointless to me anyway.

I got 50 on the basis that they may never come back and I have no idea how many I might want in future, so it's better to have them and not need them. Also they're free, so there's no reason not to.

If I had a big enough house I'd set up a checkers board and use them as the pieces...it'd be a game of thrones.

    Could work in ZOS favour

I have a friend who filled his house with furnishings over the free PLUS weekend and really wants in on this but cant because of the inventory space issue

they're considering a month of ESO + to reorganize things

There is no benefit from having these thrones, it just makes for a funny story one day, so they shouldn't ban or remove them. It's my inventory space, and their mistake. They better let us keep them.

You only get banned if you're a top-tier raider walking around in robes, or duping copious amounts of items. But silently walking around in robes is the only thing that actually gets you perma banned. So ur prettt much free.

    Because hoarding

I'm going to pick up a bunch more. I'll keep some and put some in my guild bank in case there are people that missed out for any reason.
