Is the Khajiit Skooma Bubbler worthless?

I have tried many times to sell my bubbler in chat, and it seems like its not even wanted anymore. So are they worthless now? Even for a sm price like 10K it just wont move. And what about the recipe for it, is it not wanted anymore as well? And what is a fair price for these 2 items now? Thanks alot.

That is 5 times what they sell for on the PC. I see them listed as low as 1500 Gold.
Once the secret was out on how to farm the recipe, the prices plummeted. Although, for some reason the recipe is listing for high 5 figures.

Malacthulhu✭✭✭✭I list like 30 of them on my main guild trader at 2k ea and 5k ea on other guild traders. The 2k ones sell in a week and the 5k ones in 3 weeks on xbox. I have seen people buy mine for resale but I just laugh bc they are easy to get.Xbox One Na0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I'm glad the bubbler market crashed. Nothing worse than smug people hoarding game secrets. I have skooma bubblers littered all over my house now as a testament to the dangers of addiction, to skooma and to this game. If people realized that the main reason they play this game is addiction and not any sort of quality, they would drop this bad habit and maybe ZOS would be forced to actually improve the game instead of just funnel money to the Zeni board of directors.10 -

The issue would not be so bad if the ones you see in game did not smoke; how is it they have two differing models? Too hard to create the same damn one for we players?

Dude, chill. What you're seeing in NPC homes is almost certainly two different elements. The bubbler is a static item while the smoke is an animation. I got it pickpocketing but I don't remember what zone I was in. I was spending most my time in Vivic City and Hew's Bane though while stealing to get the achievement for fencing a million gold worth of items. Ah. That's why funnel health was nerfed. They needed the computing power for the new funnel money skill in the exclusive ZOS skill line.

✭✭✭This one had good luck with these, she has 2 now, one in her home and one in her backpack now. Two nice adventurers send them to Maoimii by post. Maoimii did not ask for that, it were just presents.
The story with the prices is quite funny, people discovered where to farm the blueprints and the bubbler itself, first it was a secret information, only few people knew it. People were mysterious, telling "you can farm it somewhere, thieves guild questline....".
The prices were like 10K for bubbler and more, the blueprints this one does not know, but this one guesses much too...
This one was wondering, where to find it. Then some people revealed that secret place: it was the palace in the end of the thieves guild quest, in the quest instance, the servants in the palace were carrying them.
In the latest update, ZOS changed that, it no longer drops in the Palace, but now drops from NPCs labeled as "Adicts" all over the world. Drunkards, this one heard and also probably other Adicts. Which is better, because in a quest instance was kind of meh...
After the secret place where to find them was revealed, prices dropped, now this one saw one bubbler about 4,5K in guild store.
But funny thing is, that all the bubblers that khajiit saw, had blueish smoke coming out of them, but these two that khajiit has, they do not make smoke.
