PC NA: Character Stuck

My character is stuck in some rocks in Craglorn basically at the bottom of a cliff. She's doing a weird motion like repeatedly moving. I tried submitting a ticket with her but was promptly logged out for "spamming". I also tried traveling to another player. It goes to the screen acting like it is going to tp me to them, then bam I am logged out for apparently "spamming". Tried typing /camp as the website suggests, logged out again for "spamming". I then proceeded to log onto my other character and submit a ticket reporting the bug. I was emailed back with a lecture on spamming. I am not spamming! My character is stuck and there is an obvious bug with the coding that is making it seem like I am spamming when I am simply trying to resolve the issue with your in game help mechanics. This character holds all of my gold and research. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.

    just use the /stuck command in the chat box

    /camp is something else related to logging out and will not fix this

    I did type /stuck. It proceeds to load me into a loading screen and then logs me out for "spamming".

    Bug resolved. Had a guildmate come kill me. Was able to revive at a wayshrine.

    strange that /stuck would not work. It should have sent you to one of the wayshrines. I was going to suggest dieing but you would have needed someone to come do that. Which you arranged.


    BTW, the Spamming errors result from Lag where you might enter a command more than once, or a few times, since nothing seems to be happening. In this case it was you trying to walk or jump to get out of where you were, the lag caused them to get "stored" up and then all get sent to the server at once. In other words, you can pretty much ignore the Spam error messages.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    That definitely makes sense. Yeah my character was stuck in this half jumping mode.
