Efficient purge/cleanse not casting

Efficient purge/cleanse doesn't cast during a heavy lag in pvp. It will then casts 10x at once, heavily draining the Magicka. It will also prevent the user from casting other skills. Apparently, the lag bug only works on this skill and nothing else. I hope zos can find a way to fix this one

I noticed that too on Maw... It is very unreliable when there is lag and sometimes it will fire 3 times at once. There really seems to be something about this skill's animation and lag or animation canceling that is causing this.

It is the same issue: while other skills suffer from lag too, Purge seems to behave differently...
