Unable to Login... 7/21/2017

I quit out of the game, Re-opened launcher... Unable to retrieve announcements. Won't allow me to log onto the game at all. Have Restarted the computer, and tired, Still same messages.

Spoke too soon - I'm in now, it lasted about 10 minutes.

It actually lasted for over an hour. I've been trying to log in since shortly after 10am server time and only just now managed to get logged in.
