PS4 Battleground queue is stuck and can't even exit.

So. Trying to do a battleground (since PVP is a log jam). However, I queued, and am now stuck permanently in queue. I wanted to exit queue and do a dungeon instead - since 40 minutes wait time for a BG was too much. However... I can't exit queue from BG to even queue for a dungeon!!

I relogged... closed app... restarted router... EVERYTHING... still come back and am in queue...
