My experience in a nutshell;
Queued up. Pop 2 hours later after I forgot I queued. Entered Cyro and went to the nearest point of action. Everyone froze. Can't login or play, "Unable to connect to game server." Best event 10/10.

SquareSausage✭✭✭✭✭Ye seems a bout right. Prime time is hell, if you can get on before or after the 5-10 period it will prob be better.
Was playing in Vivec and Shor prior to 6, it was laggy but still playabale then around 6:30 booted from server.
Is booting people a zos tactic to keep the queue moving?
