NA guild on EU times/afternoon US times?

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if there are any guilds out there that run dungeons/trails on EU times or early afternoon US times? I am from the EU but have been playing on the US server since I started the agme and I dont want to switch servers because I bought way too much crown store stuff and I am too high leveled to do it all over again. So any guilds that run PvE content during these times? Or just a group of people?
