Is there any craftable set with this effect?

In the Mist and Shadow quest is Greenshade, there's a character with a flaming sword. (See link for better view)

The effect on this sword looks pretty cool. Is there any weapon sets / craftable that has this kind of effect?

It would be pretty cool to have something like that. Currently weapon glyphs add some form of effect, but not nearly as cool as this.

If that weapon was in the game for players, it would not be tractable, it would be a drop from a trial.

Stahlrim Frostcaster, seems to be available during New life festival, hopefully this comes up again, at some time, as it looks pretty cool as well.
