LMAO no. Do not do this unless you're super desperate and don't mind wasting 4+ hours on a dungeon. That said it can be fun, just don't hope for completion.
I have pugged and even completed it for lulz and I can tell you the ratio is more like 1/10 pugs or less. If you take the carrying out of the equation (ergo not "how possible is it for a knowledgeable player to carry an inexperienced team" but "how possible is it for a completely inexperienced team to do it without outside help") it'll be more like 1/50-1/100. CoS is more forgiving in dps department on last boss than RoM but there's way more environmental things to pay attention to and the maze is a pug killer. It's also nigh impossible to res there.
If you're pc na I could run with you, not sure I can get a full team though.1
