Malacath, Trinimac and...Zenithar?

There was a quest in Malabal Tor where it was implied that Malacath and Z'en (god of toil and payment-in-kind) were related if not one and the same. But Z'en is usually associated with Zenithar, and Malacath already has a history of being descended (for lack of a better word) from Trinimac. So...how did Trinimac beget Zenithar?

In Valenwood, you have the Bosmer on one hand, worshipping their own deities with the group in Bloodtoil Valley worshipping Z'en (or Xen), while on the other hand you also have the Wood Orcs who worship Mauloch primarily.

Although Z'en, being the God of Toil, agriculture, and payment in kind does have an overlapping aspect with Mauloch (vengeance)
