Lich Set not working as intended??
As i fall below 33% mag to proc to extra regen from my lich set i can see my regen go up on my character. HOWEVER, experiencing no actual regen in/out of combat i decides to test to see if i was actually getting the regen. from what i can tell i am getting the same magicka regen before and after lich procs, SO i seem that although my character sheet says im getting lich regen proc (buff tracker and on character sheet for regen) my actual magicka regen is not effected (magicka is not returning to my bar fast) please confirm or help this bug/issue in the game. thank you.

✭✭✭@alec.littlejohn_ESO In other words, you look at your mag bar, the resource numbers only add the normal recovery amount instead of the additional 1k+/- from Lich?
For example, in combat, say your recovery is 1k per 2 seconds. When Lich procs your recovery should be approx 2k or more per two seconds.

Vrenk✭✭✭Have you made sure you procced a skill on the bar that has the lich 5x? Lich was changed without zos saying anything so that it no longer procs just being on below 33% mag, you must also use a skill after falling below 33% mag.

The new 5 piece bonus for the Lich set reads:(5 items) When you cast an ability while under 33% Magicka, your Magicka Recovery is increased by 12-1032 for 20 seconds. This effect can occur once every 1 minute.

Out of combat at :30 with 3668 regen (with) Lich only getting 1500 ish
In combat at 2:10 with lich prices getting 3668 per tick.

✭✭They've made an unnecessary change to how the proc works so I wouldnt be surprised if it messed with the coding and created a bug. Unfortunately, this ''Make an unnecessary change and create a bug'' cycle is not unheard of in this game.

Very true. However the moment you get ambushed you are "in combat" but that doesn't help the fact it's bugged.0
