Is there a better way to level crafting?

I remember back in the day, you used to get a pretty decent amount of xp from deconstructing stolen armor and weapons, at least up until crafting level 45. That's no longer the case and I can only assume it's because people would repeatedly steal from the Auridon guy and made it too easy?

Anyway, what I've been doing for the past week or two is deconstructing the tempered items I get from dolmen runs, which give more xp, but are obviously less numerous. It's decent I suppose and I can kill two birds with one stone, but is there any quicker way to do this? It was fine when I was leveling 1-50, but now my craft leveling can't keep up with my champion leveling and I'm being forced to wear ugly random drops to keep from dying immediately against enemies.

I did dolmen runs and it didn't take too long before I got all my crafting to level 50. Woodwork took the longest for me though.

deconstruct intricate items and blue / purple items , green if a bit desperate.
If you run random normal dungeons all the drops are blue.
If crafting is 45 its not much left.
    writs give inspiration too.

You can also get other to craft gear for you this time, next time you would be 50.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

In addition to everything that has been recommended: Scour guild stores for CP160 intricate gear. You can usually get 'em for cheap. I myself sell intricate pieces for 250g.

Also, if you're levelling enchanting, find an enchanting buddy to level with you. If you swap crafted glyphs among yourselves, it'll level much faster than if you were relying on drops.
