Lol. He probably got mine. I've been an ESO+ member for 2 years solid and didn't get the email, nor did I get my crates. Not that it matters because the game is down for everyone right now. They went and broke it

You may be right, but when I press the < F3 > key, the game client turns the ESO UI on/off.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »For anyone who did not get their ESO Plus Bonus Event Crown Crates or are missing one/some of them, please submit a Support ticket after verifying the following:In your Support ticket, please include your platform, region, details about the missing Crown Crate rewards (one, two, all five, etc.) and any info you can about when you logged in each day.

actually this is misleading, they're not in the crown store at all, press F3 to go to the crown crate opening screen and any crates should be there.

Why would I bind a key to a Crown Store feature for which I have absolutely no interest in using?
FWIW, I do have an active ESO Plus subscription and I did log-in every day during the "event", and, frankly, I don't care whether ZOS has given me any Clown Crates. If they are there, they're there. If not, I couldn't care less.
Have you attempted to use the Support service with the link that you included in your post? Evdiently Zenimax is determined to minimize, as much as possible, any contact with its customers. The Tech Support options are limited to whether the player can connect to the server and log-on to the game. The Account options only pertain to changing the data on the player's account. The "In-Game Support" options don't include a category pertaining to the Crown Store (among other potential issues). Which is to say, a persistent player can eventually send an e-mail message after navigating the cascade of irrelevant menus and options, but whether there is anyone who has any authority and ability to address the issue remains to be seen.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »For anyone who did not get their ESO Plus Bonus Event Crown Crates or are missing one/some of them, please submit a Support ticket after verifying the following:

Yes, I bound < F3 > to turning the UI on/off. Last week I bound another key to the Crown Crates feature, but when I use it, the only thing that happens is a voice that says "Good luck to you", or something similar.JasonSilverSpring wrote: »Shadowshire wrote: »You may be right, but when I press the < F3 > key, the game client turns the ESO UI on/off.actually this is misleading, they're not in the crown store at all, press F3 to go to the crown crate opening screen and any crates should be there.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »For anyone who did not get their ESO Plus Bonus Event Crown Crates or are missing one/some of them, please submit a Support ticket after verifying the following:In your Support ticket, please include your platform, region, details about the missing Crown Crate rewards (one, two, all five, etc.) and any info you can about when you logged in each day.

If you go into something like inventory, you will see a set of icons along the top. There is one for the crown crates. Click on that too access the crown crates. It is bound to F3 by default but it sounds like you mapped F3 to something else.
When I began playing the game, the ESO "subscription" was mandatory, i.e., we had to pay $14.99/month to play the game at all. Less than a year later, ZOS declared that ESO was "free to play". So, like you, I did not use the "ESO Plus Trial" opportunity. But I've never bought any Crown Crates, among other things that I have never bought and have no plans to buy. There are other things that I have bought, however, including buying extra Crowns (which was a mistake because ZOS removed the item which I planned to buy from the store before I could buy it).Onyx_Devastator wrote: »I was recently thinking about it. I never used the free trial for ESO plus. Maybe whatever system was used to give crates interpreted my not using it to mean I was an ESO plus member already. @Shadowshire Try turning off all your add-ons. It sounds like the crates are there (as evidenced by the "new" icon), but something's stopping them from appearing. There have been a number of add-ons that break the Crown Crate display mentioned in the past. When you open the Crown Crate UI, it should look a bit like this (changes depending on which type of Crate you have):Shadowshire wrote: »ZOS_JessicaFolsomYes, I bound < F3 > to turning the UI on/off. The icon bar to which you refer appears on most, if not all, of the UI panels which have an icon on that bar. As I write, the icon for Crown Crates has an exclamation point in a small circle at the bottom. Ordinarily that signifies that a "new" item or e-mail message, etc., is available.
However, when I click the LMB on that icon, the only thing that happens is a voice which says "Good luck to you", or something similar. It doesn't display any Crown Crates, and none are displayed as available for use by the Crown Store UI. Insofar as I've never bought any Crown Crates, I have no idea what the UI would look like if I decided to throw money away and bought some.
Which is to say, after the patch today (Monday 24 July 2017), no Crown Crates have been in evidence in the game or in the Crown Store. But that is no surprise, whether just another disappointment, it is what I have come to expect from ZOS.
I submitted two tickets, the most recent after Patch 3.0.12. Still missing two Crates when I logged in to PC NA last night (early today).
