What sets to consider next patch for mag sorc?

Hey, so I run a stamina sorc (as well as stamina dk, nb and warden).
Decided to move my sorc to the dark side. I can see plenty build ideas for morrowind but thought I'd start to plan ahead. As someone whose not great at interpreting patch notes and reflecting stats in my builds, can anyone recommend some sets I should be looking st for Magicka sorc next build. Also what are some viable races, altmer and ?
