    Yes - Saw the same thing on PS4 NA, Shor campaign with DC on day one last week.

    Seems the best way to move you alliance from 3rd place to 1st in a campaign is to simply not show up.

    Just seems strange since the scores are so close anyway with just under 4 days left, Now if they were a heap behind but 156 when the scores are so close.

    Might be the new way to win a campaign is just pop on every now and then keep scores close and let the low pop bonus take care of the rest.

    Best way is to have everyone leave the campaign until the buff pops up which at that point everyone rejoins with the underdog buff still active. Primary reason why I hate the underdog buff is those kinds of shenanigans, seeing a pop-locked faction with underdog buff is ridiculous.

    This has been openly manipulated so many times.

    I get the idea, but it doesn't work, if anything it encourages "gating" which really kills campaigns.
    There have been times when we have won the server, but we want to leave our opponents a few keeps so they keep playing, but then you look at the score and you have no choice but to take everything.
