Nobody can tell you this...I mean...I dunno why there are threads like this in the first place.

Servers will come up in $§ish hours. Does that help? ;);)

Usual maintenance schedule is that it happens for a bit on Monday every week.
Might be 2 hours, might be 6, might be 8 - difficult to say - there is never any ETA given.

In general, expect the servers to be down for a period of time every Monday. :)

Well normaly it takes a couple of hours, unless you play on the EU server then you have to wait a little longer;) because the EU server is almost always slower with the maintenance

Today is not a regular maintenance day on xbox. It is probably for the crown crate delivery. I just hope they do all the maintenance so it doen't go down tomorrow.

Ah, if they moved the Console maintenance to the same time it probably means Midyear Mayhem will start perhaps?

At least an estimate - many many many corporations give estimates for downtime.
Why shud Zeni or MMO's be exempt?

Not sure why everyone is so accepting of this cocky behaviour from Zeni - 'we choose not to and u shud simply accept it' - i thought this was the usa and the customer 'comes first' - not some other country where you 'listen to authority and never ever question or challenge'.

Hold on, please don't quote me and edit stuff into the quote box, that's super rude - quote me by all means, bold a sentence here or there to help highlight what you are responding to, but please add your comments afterwards, not into my quote.

Customer does come first, unless it interferes with profits. Ask any Major retailor, or business. Some good PR, or donations to Charities will fix the customer issues.

Once again everyone just falls into line with this no ETA maintenance... (interesting subluminal with the parrot though)
BTW I've played a bit over last few days so wasnt planning to tonight, even after maint - so no salt from that perspective..
Comments are purely from a perspective of if enough people challenged Zeni maybe they would start giving ETAs.
15 hours per week maintenance is fine for me.

Do you mean to suggest my country has no such freedoms? =.Ô

Fair point though, it's odd that we never get ETAs on this game. WoW, STO, TOR...they generally give ETAs for maintenance based on the size of the applied patch.

Because approximately half of their patches go wrong and they spend next 2-10 hours(on top of several hours it takes them to apply the patch) fixing what went wrong(and then something still doesn't work as supposed)? It's not being cocky as much as it's being incompetent I'd say. Well perhaps incompetent is too strong of a word but yeah.

If it's all the platforms - perhaps Midyear Mayhem? Then that should be a rather major patch that's almost bound to go wrong so I'd guess north of 6 hours.

I've heard that, I've also heard the 17th, I have checked the news/announcement pages and have searched the forum multiple times and haven't been able to find any official statement to confirm one way or the other - if you know of one, please link it!

Fair point but incompetence is not really a gud excuse for unwillingness to communicate.
If they run late - bad luck - keep us informed.

I work in IT (so does Zenny) - maintenance would NEVER be approved without an estimated downtime - you do your very best to be on time - if not you manage the situation and 'deal with it'.. Zenny is way way bigger than a lot of IT departments - what makes it so precious??
