Any point to having decisive over 100%?

Since the tool tip doesn't seem to increase with more pieces, just the percentage, is there any reason to have it higher than 100%?

decisive is a weapon trait. not an armor trait. It's limited to...a 40% chance? and I thinks that's on 2H.

What do you mean "decisive" over 100%? With more pieces? What you mean if you have 1 or 2 swords with decisive?

Yes. Trait value on two 1H weapons equal the trait value on one 2H weapon of equal value regardless of the trait or time of 1h or 2h weapon. Trait while one cannot get more either way.

Do you happen to mean precise for 100%+ crit? If so then no. There is no point to have precise weapons
