Armor sets by function/synergy

I run: Argonian, DragonKnight, PvP (can go stam or magika or hybrid cause i like them all)

Prefer sword/shield on at least one bar and flexible on the second bar... (I just love the shield charge ability so much)


Looking for ideas to combine armor sets for more effective "synergy" build:

I found the following sets impact or combine well for light attack/heavy attack (LA/HA) builds:

Drauger Rest
Elegant
Shield Breaker
Knight Slayer
Galerion Revenge
Sergeant's Mail


Which combos would you use and why?

I'm also Werewolf too.. so if a build works great with WW even better!!!!

I, too, have an Argonian DK. He's a "lock down" tank with burst damage/heals. Here's the build synergy:

5 Clever Alchemist
5 Burning Spellweave
2 Grothdarr

5h/1m/1l build

So, as you're locking down enemies in PvP- your resources will start to drain. If you pop an "immovable" potion- it procs Clever Alchemist (surge of damage and heals) and restores large amounts of resources (from the potion and argonian passive).

Grothdarr's 1pc bonus makes up for an argonian's lower magicka pool and the AoE flame damage benefits from the DK passive.

Both CA and BSW increase your spell damage- which is better for a DK tank... because a few of our skills are magic damage (not just flame damage).

Argonian-DragonKnight-Stamina-Werewolf:

I'm wondering if this would work:


Knight's Slayer- HA deals 9% of their health as oblivion damage

Sergeant's Mail- HA deals additional 1634 damage

Slimecraw helmet set- +8% damage at all times


sword/shield and dual wield (?) - for full time all set bonuses?

Weapons - infused with Oblivion Damage enchantments
Igneous weapons +40% HA damage (DK self buff)
Potion with major brutality +20% damage
