Levelling a skill tree

I am currently leveling dual wield with my magsorc. Will I get faster exp if I put more skills from the DW tree? Does the number of skills from a certain skill tree affect how fast the leveling goes?

It levels faster with more skills on the bar, but not more skills purchased.

So if you purchase the skills and have say you back bar loaded with just those skills when you hand in quests more XP goes to those. I don't remember the exact details of how the XP is broken down with skills on bars though.

So the more skill I have from DW loaded on the bar with which I hand in the quests, the faster the DW leveling will be,right?

You don't get any XP from anything on a skill bar that isn't on your 'active' bar at the time you kill enemies or turn in a quest. So if you have DW skills on your backbar, be sure to switch to that bar before turning in the quest. Also keep in mind you gain XP from the weapon on your active bar as well, so if you have DW weapons on your backbar and DW skills on your backbar, you gain XP for both when turning in a quest. This also applies to XP gained for killing enemies, it grants XP for whatever skills/weapon was active when you killed them.

Also, many players use the back bar, once unlocked, to slot what they want to level and go to that bar when turning in a quest, or use an addon (PC only) to save builds and change to a leveling build when turning in a quest. As pointed out, only what is on the active bar gains the XP.

This permits better focusing on leveling what one wants.

Also, the same is relevant to leveling up class lines and anything that does not require specific actions to level, like AvA lines require participation in AvA to level the line.

One fast way to level skills is to do dolmen zergs,
it looks to me that skill xp don't get the debuff for being in an large group that character xp get, as the fight require no skills you can also fill the bar with skill that you want to level.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
