Idea - Set rework: Way of Fire

The Way of Fire set functions as the Heavy counterpart of the medium proc set: Shadow of the Red Mountain.

Now, if your going for dps, there's not much reason to use this set over it, and if you're tanky, the (Single Target) damage is low enough not to warrant using it. So, I'd like to see this set given a little do-over.

This is what I'd like to see:

(2 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage. (same)

(3 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health.(Value in line with PTS value of Health (Gold))

(4 items) Adds 2975 Physical Resistance. (Value in line with PTS value of Physical Resistance (Gold))

(5 items) When you deal damage with a Weapon ability, you have a 20% chance to deal an additional 4000 Flame Damage Spawn a 5m radius fire rune at your feet for 6 seconds, dealing 4000 flame damage over the duration. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds.

(It's possible to have multiple runes up at the same time)

It's the same thing (single target damage wise), but now in an AoE form that deals its damage over time. A set more focused on objective control, getting into the thick of things, and dealing damage whilst in a glob of enemies. (I could see 2H cleave and this set working very well together)

I'd likely use it for a dungeon running tank, but what are your thoughts?

I use this set with Red Mountain and it works very nice. I actually prefer it to vipers because its naturally tankier and heavy armor passives
