What's the best Destro Ult?

Personally I enjoy frost as it has a slowing effect on this hit by it.

Frost has the best utility.
Fire has the best burst.
Lightning has the highest total damage.

Edit: Referring to the stationary version.

For the mobile one, probably whatever you have more Elemental amps for. Lightning for Sorc, Fire for DK, Frost for Warden, etc.

For the eye morph? Fire one for the vamps personally

For the pve stationary morph the lightning one for added aoe.

Though it depends on class, fire staff gets 8% single target but if your a sorc you get more lightning damage so you could go eye of the storm if you really wanted a higher ult dmg.

PvE -> Fire Rage

PvP -> Eye of Flame

It's always ever the fire one cause more damage output, though since my MagSorc has Shock buffs I use the shock one. Dunno if I'll use the Frost one on my Warden since she's an Ice Mage, I'll have to see what it's like over using Permafrost, cause that Ult increases my max magic.

The pve morph is 8% harder on a lightning via passives and 2ls longer which a big dps increase.

The lightning version of elemental rage is the best for most magicka pve dps builds, except maybe DKs, where Standard of Might would be better. Eye of Flame is probably best for pvp due to so many vampires being out there and that fire damage still sucks.

Eye of the flame nets you tells, and tells, particularly angry ones in cyrodiil are priceless.
