Vigor heals

Ok so i am making a stam warden healer for fun and i have some questions about it and i hope u can solve them for me.

So i have 2 different setups gear wise and one is 3 agility jewlery with wepon dmg enchants, one monster sholder with stam set, 3 nightmother and 5hundings. All gear is medium and have stam enchants and sitt on around 35k stam. When i have major brutality buff on my Vigor is healing around 13.2k.

My other gear setup is trollking set heavy and light armor and draugr hulk and bone pirate. All gear have stam enchants and jewlery have wepon dmg and i sitt around 46k stam. With my major brutality buff Vigor is healing 12.7k if i remember right.

Non of the gear is maxed out so all the stats will change if i max them but now at it sits in my mind my gear set 2 should have a stronger heal that set 1 due to the more stam i have there.

So my question is does the Vigor heal get more affected by wep dmg than Max stamina? It sure looks like it due to my wepon dmg is much lower on set 2 but i have much more stam on it.

One point of weapon damage has roughly the same effect on vigor healing as ten points of max stamina.
