The next time a new class is started can it be primarily stam based. With a few magic morphs?

You just described my warden. I'm primarily stam based (bow / DW) but have the first heal in green balance morphed to the magica version as that provides stam regen for me and the frost cloak and bird of prey are both magica (defense and offensive buffs).

The majority of those moves are magic based. Which they started as. Why weren't all the moves stam based and you have to level them for the magicka morphs.
On a warden not a single move starts off costing stam and scaling with weapon damage. Why not have th next class the opposite. Every skill from the start cost stam. You can level a select few moves to change them to their magicka counterparts. Even the ultimates start magic.
If they were to do this then they should introduce another magicka weapon skill line.
