There was another thread talking about this same topic but I don't think it ever got an official response.

Regarding the free crates that would be given to ESO+ subscribers... I did not have ESO+ prior to last weeks free event. However, if I chose to get ESO+ now, and prior to the 17th, would I or would I not receive the crates given for each of logging in during the event?

Although I think I've been pretty clear here, let me know if I should clarify further.

No, the crates are only for those who had ESO+ and logged in on those dates...so you had to have paid ESO+ running on those dates, to get the crates on the 17th

There was an official statement by Jessica but I just can't find it right now. You will not be getting the free crates since you signed up *after* the event ended.

Scenario 1: You sign up for free trial on day 1, and decide to sign up on day 2 - and log in every day. You would get a free crown crate for each day from day 2 to the end of the event.

That's how you would have received crates. Essentially, you needed to be a -paying- ESO+ subscriber (so not on free trial) during the event - to get the crates.

Unfortunately, if you signed up after the event you were not a full ESO+ sub during the event, therefore were not eligible for crates.

Essentially you got one or the other - you got the free days of ESO+ or got the crates. No one gets both.
