Master writs drop rate broken again

As title says, drops of writ vouchers since last patch are close to 0. On fully leveled crafter char with close to all motifs i was getting 1-3 each day x6 chars. Now score of a whole week on all chars is one alchemy writ worth 2 vouchers. Way too different from standard drop rates to consider it few unlucky days. And heard its happening to all friends and guildies too.

Stealth nerf in favor of crown store furnishing?

Doing crafting writs on 10 toons a day, 4 of which are 9 trait crafters. All of them know all enchanting runes/alchemy mats, and they all know a large body of provisioning recipes.

I get 2-3 master writs a week.
