I bet ZOS never do testing before release a new feature. Or, the guy who originally wrote the group finder has left ZOS. Now, nobody understand his codes, and ZOS doesn't want to re-wrote the group finder feature. That's why the group finder never got fixed.

Its not QA fault,

it looks like someone intentionally kept this bug on all platforms, it happened same time for all platforms

Each platform have different release build and QA team (probably).

He means Quality Assurance not Question and Answers.

Group Finder hasn't been working properly since the game started, so the original guy wasn't all that either.
