Unable to enable/disable add-ons

After last PTS update i am unable to enable/disable addons in the core game (i mean not pts) by using the reloadui options
Additionally i receive same notifications for my guild MotD changes every single time i log in to one of my characters although they havent changed
It seems like i am in a non-stop rollback of my UI
Any help/suggestions?
