Please, don't make set Poisonous Serpent stronger and change it in same way as viper or red mountain

I've tested how it works at ~september because got sharpened weapons.
Its same unbalanced pain like a viper, but not so popular, maybe because any of streamers posted build with it.
It's too simple to proc for any stamina class with Poison Arrow. Then u just spammin light attacks and cc, thats all. Pretty high stupid burst.
Especially in combination with shield breaker and enchant for oblivion damage.
"Poisonous Serpent: Increased the proc chance of this Item Set to 50% from 25%, but decreased the damage to 3400 Poison Damage from 6800 Poison Damage."
