While using the Holiday in Balmora costume and the Brassy Assassin personality (didn't test if it occurs if either is disabled) it sometimes happens, that my character would look like in the screenshot below.

I have gotten it when wearing costumes (doeskin and chamois woods wear, toxin Doctor just to name a few) and crafted set (frost caster). Haven't crafted today to see if it was still doing it after the patch.0
