with the buffs to some mundus constellations could we see TBS make a comeback as BiS PvE? I remember hearing people say it was a very good set to use in trials and solo PvE back in SotH but something had happened where it was no longer BiS because of warhorn rotation? I don't PvE much so I'm not on the up and up for whats good tbh.

    I hope so. I finally got full nines in light armour and woodworking so I'd be able to craft it myself.

    We'll really just have to see how the numbers work out.

    Probably Not. Unless you want the Max health bonus
    Tfs still gives more penetration for stam, and while spinner gives 200 less penetration on full gold divines, it gives more spelldamage and Max mag

    I was thinking more along the lines of recovery bonus, allowing you to run 3 damage glyphs on jewelry again :) again I don't really pve too much these days but id like to get back into it.

    Most people are still running 3 dmg glyphs on juwelry

    TBS got better (assuming you use two of the mundus effects that got stronger) but I still don't think it will be BIS for most people.

    Tbs with atro: amberplasm will be better
    Tbs with apprentice: julianos will be better
    Tbs with lover: spinner /spriggan / Tfs will be better
    Tbs with shadow: is not even bis now and nothing changed with shadow

    The only mundus i cant remember a Set for is the serpent, but then there is VO for stam reduction

    Lets compare TBS vs Julianos/Hundings:

    * 7 legendary divines will boost the mundas stone by 52.5% (7.5 * 7)
    * Your first mundas stone is a wash (since both sets will utilize it the same)
    * Both have an additive to you max resource (magic/stam), so that's also a wash

    Julianos/Hundings
    * Adds 9.7% crit
    - crit has been boosted 55%: 688*1.55*2 = 2132
    - 219 crit is equal to 1%
    * Adds 299 spell damage

    TBS
    * adds extra health.
    * adds to your off-resource.

    Let's assume you are running the Lover in both cases. Here are the relevant comparisons:

    Apprentice/Warrior:
    +60 spell/weapon damage
    - 9.7% Crit

    Thief:
    +4% crit
    - 299 spell/weapon damage

    In both cases, Julianos/Hundings still seems like the choice for higher DPS. However, the existing pros of TBS still remain the same if you want a higher health pool, better recovery (e.g. taking the atronach/serpent) or more flexibility (swap stones).
