To my regret, it appears that Morrowind was bad for the game's community.

I've typically defended ZOS because overall I love the game, especially PVP. I patiently waited for months and months for them to eventually release BGs. They talked about how if "they were going to do BGs, they were going to wait, take their time, and get it right." So I waited and waited. I was so pumped when they were finally announced as one of the major 3 or 4 pieces of the Morrowind Chapter. Sure I was going to have to pay an extra $40 even though I was an ESO+ member but it was worth it to me - BGs were finally here! And then what happens? After taking forever to finally release them, after changing their subscription model to get me to pay another $40, after advertising them as major component of their Morrowind Chapter, they release BGs with such a broken queue that its literally impossible to play with friends during prime time. Group queuing is totally broken.

Not only that, but now, over a month after Morrowind's release and patches to supposedly fix the queue they have made absolutely ZERO improvements. None. I still can't get a single group queue. I have never set foot in a single trial, let alone Halls of Fabrication, I haven't done a single quest in Vvardenfell, I have and always will play my Magblade over any other class, including Warden. I bought the Morrowind Chapter for one single reason: to play BGs with my friends. To queue up in a four man group and go against other teams. Well, guess what? I can't do it. At all. At this point, you might as well just give me money back. I'm not really using Morrowind at all anyway because the only thing I want to use is broken. I'm not even using any of the new sets. If you're not going to fix the group queue, just delete the Morrowind Chapter from my account and refund me my money. Frankly, it is just flat embarrassing that supposed AAA MMO can't get a group queue to work in anyway whatsoever.

Battlegrounds are a disaster due to queuing issues, terrible game balance, the lack of a CP mode, and the inability to choose game type.

Zenimax, I believe you're killing your own game. You're forcing people to play the way you want them to, and in the end it's going to cause people to seek other video games.
