Dk hybrid build for HotR patch

I'm trying to determine the best way to set up my DK hybrid. She is a dunmer.

I'm considering slotting Domihaus as my monster helm, Shacklebreaker, and 4 pieces of Imperial physique (2h and destro staff)

Domihaus (Monster)

(1) Max Magicka
(2) When you deal damage, you have a 15% chance to create either a ring of fire or a ring of molten earth around you for 10 seconds, which deals 1,000 Flame Damage or 1,000 Physical Damage every 1 second. Standing within the ring grants you 200 Spell Damage or 200 Weapon Damage. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.

(2 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(3 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(5 items) While you are in Imperial City, you tap into the power of the Tel Var Stones you are carrying, increasing your Health, Magicka, and Stamina by 1032. While you have a 4x Tel Var Stone multiplier this effect is increased by 600%.
