I'm Trying To Port Forward My PS4, On Asus RT-AC88U (I Think I Did It Wrong)

I also don't want to get charged from my IP Provider to set it up, But I think I did it wrong. My Router has a static IP from my Internet Provider, but my PS4 also has different IP to. No matter what I tried though, ports can't be listened, least from different websites.
Was wondering if anyone who has same router as me and PS4 are able to help, before I get charged Many thanks, also I heard about Merlin is better on my Router but unsure. I sent my trace route in support, was told to try port forward, but I been using this for long time. Surley I must did it wrong. Many thanks.
