There's two starting points to get there (I actually first found it from the second one):

• From Inazzur's Hold Wayshrine, follow the new path that goes eastwards into the mountains.
• From Balamath, go up the waterfall.

All that you see when you get there right now is a Nordic ruin door that you can't open, but the compass shows this is the entrance.

Here it is on the UESP map.

Is it an empty plot of land, is it attached to a Molag Bal/Coldharbour building, or is it some dull house inside the Hollow City? :C

The new CS furniture is all wildly overpriced. The new books cost 400 crowns as opposed to the old ones which cost 25. There are many neat things coming up but the greed behind them is appalling.

True, and I want like 30 Soul Shriven toiling away in the Coldharbour plot, but instead of coming as a group of 4-6 soul shriven, the come as a single one with the steep cost of 1K crows for each one....

This is not how you make money, make them cheaper or make them a pack of multiple soul shriven, and I'll buy multiple of those packs. You'll get your money, while I get some realistic value out of it.

It's unlikely to just be a house, but unfortunately I can't tell. All you can get to at the moment is an inactive portal entrance, meaning it could be absolutely anything on the other side of the portal.

It's pretty obvious that a lot of the new crown store furnishings on PTS are associated with either the Coldharbour plot (the Daedric/dark-blue/blue-glowy stuff) or the Witch's Hut (the kind of primal/tribal stuff with the bones and all). We'll have to see if any of that will be available in-game or if it's just the stuff you get if you buy the homes furnished. And there's a lot of Ayleid stuff that will likely be sold in that Ayleid furniture pack.

Steampunk is kinda the modus operandi for Dwemer stuff, and that's what this season's Crown Crates are. It's also basically the basis for Clockwork City too, and that's what the Q4 DLC is. So it makes sense that there's quite a bit of steampunk looking stuff at the moment.

I would REALLY like to see a Dragon Priest Mask! I have the costume... But I never wear it, only thing I like about it is the mask. Like Skyrim, you could get the Dragon Priest Mask's.
