how to change email if I have no access to my old email which is in ESO account now

Hello Support,

I would like to change my current email which I have in my ESO account because this email is dead now. I cannot do this because all procedures are sending me some access code to the old email which is not working anymore, so I don't get them. Are there any other way to change email without involving old email? Do you guys have a phone which I can call? Or pure web - based system? Or can you send access code to the phone instead of email? Your current web system saying that it doesn't know my machine and again sending me access code to the dead email....

    This isn't Support - the forum is manned by random players like me...with no ability to do anything to your account.

    as I said - I cannot login there because this system tells me that it is new machine and it sent me the access code, which went to the old email. Which I cannot read. Unfortunately, zos has no other means to communicate but the email which is not working in my case...

    There is an option on the support portal page to send in a ticket if you do not have access to your account.

    After clicking web assistant, read the red banner at the top and click Account Recovery options

    Use that link, start a ticket up by using Account Recovery option (it's a link) then under Issue Type select -

    NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS/CAN'T REMEMBER EMAIL ON ACCOUNT

    - and it lets you put an email you'd like to have on account, and asks for your secret questions (you'll also need some kind of proof of purchase).

    Read again, and do what I said - it will let you send the mail ON YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT to another email address.

    I was able to login to web assistant from another machine where it remembers me. So now I have a way to communicate, but still cannot get email with access code from my account to change email. I submitted tickets through web assistant. Will see what will happen.
