Suggestion Box - Two helpful Ideas

I would like to propose the following two ideas that would be super helpful:
1.) House visitor log (so that peopl who turn off all the lights in your house can be banned appropriately).
2.) A togggle for when you are deconstructing or improving gear that allows you to choose if you want to see both your items in bank and in personal inventory at the same time or if you only want to see items in your personal inventory!

But I will say I know far too many people who let that bother them to a level of saltiness only comparable to getting bagged in PvP 1
